We have a $300 minimum per order. That helps us keep our batches fresh and our ingredients at the quality standard your customers expect. You're welcome to fill that with any combination of pastries, loaves, and treats from our catalog — it's entirely up to you and what your case calls for.

We need at least two days' notice for wholesale orders, because everything is made by hand from scratch. Larger orders, specialty items, or seasonal requests may need a little extra time. The sooner you reach out, the better we can plan our baking schedule to have everything fresh and ready for your delivery day.

Simply sign up for an account on the Heartisan Bakery website. Once your account is approved, you will be able to log in. Once you are logged in, place your order through the Place an Order button under Wholesale.

Simply thaw them as needed. Reheating is optional.
