About the bakery
Heartisan Bakery began quite naturally.
One day, I was searching for tasty treats for my family but couldn't find anything that felt right — nothing that had that homemade care and true flavor I was looking for.
So, I decided to make them myself :)
And what started as a weekend project for my loved ones quickly grew:
Friends told friends, and soon my kitchen was filled with the wonderful chaos of baking for more and more people.
That's how Heartisan was born — from passion, curiosity and a deep love for bringing joy through food.
Every pastry I make today still carries the same care and attention as the very first one; Always hand-crafted, always fresh, and always made with heart.
About Me - Hanna Vilozny
Growing up with hard-working parents cooking for my younger siblings became an everyday necessity. As a child, I discovered how much love and connection could come from a simple homemade dish.
Very quickly, the kitchen became my favorite place – I just loved to try out new things and experiment. To this day, I believe there’s magic in watching simple ingredients turn into something that can make someone smile.
Today, my husband and I are raising our three little girls in Austin, and every pastry I make still carries that same homemade warmth and love - using only the same high quality ingredients I choose for my own family.
